Unite US Acquires Carrot Health to Merge SDOH Care and Analytics

Health-related social determinants Health analytics company Carrot Health will be acquired by unite US in a deal worth an undisclosed value.Health and social service providers may interact and refer patients using Unite Us’ care-coordination platform. The platform keeps track of all of patient journeys and results. United States said the enormous amount of data collected by Carrot will assist partner groups to address healthcare inequalities and develop innovative care models.

Using Unite Us’ networks that track outcomes and take social factors into account, community-based organizations, governments, payers, and providers will have an immediate impact, leveraging advanced analytics to improve health for their populations and communities,” said Unite Us cofounder and CEO Dan Brillman.Covidian epidemic emphasized the links between health and food, housing, work, and education as well as other socioeconomic determinants.
