Animal Crossing Horror Film To become Feature Film

Hardcore Henry director Timur Bekmambetov is set to adapt Julian Terry’s Animal Crossing horror short Don’t Peek into a feature film. The short film was premiered at SXSW online this week.

According to Deadline Julian Terry is returning to direct the feature film adaptation of his horror short film.  while Bekmambetov, who helmed Wanted and Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, is set to adapt the story and produce the picture with Majd Nassif under Bekmambetov’s production banner Bazelevs. Creative executive Pavel Bozhkov is also onboard to oversee the project

Don’t Peek made its official world premiere on March 15, the first day of SXSW Online, after a small team used a Blackmagic pocket camera and with the people led by Terry created the film. The short film follows a young woman, played by Katie Cetta who discovered a frightening character intent on crossing into the real world.

Build-A-Bear’s special-themed Animal Crossing selection and is not the only themed version game. Build-A-Bear was released as a Super Mario-themed item and was also based on the Pokémon series. Fans could build their own Bowser, deck out normal teddy bears with Mario attire, or capture themselves an Eevee or Pikachu.

Nintendo’s Animal Crossing: New Horizons’ one-year anniversary update comes this week and it’s bringing a variety of exciting new features with it. New Horizons will come in the form of the Custom Design Pro Editor+. The new update will be adding updates that have few holiday content or other smaller features. The latest update adds new items, new reactions, and even a brand-new Island Tour Creator mode. Custom Design Pro Editor+ add more design slots. Once the player purchases the item from the Nook Stop Terminal for 2000 Nook Miles, their pattern storage will instantly expand.
